Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 ml water
- 40 g oat flakes
- 1 banana(s)
- some berries of your choice, possibly mixed
- n. B. Cinnamon powder
- e.g. honey or sugar or syrup
- n. B. Fruits, fresh of your choice
- e.g. yogurt

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
A quick, delicious, and filling breakfast made with oatmeal, bananas, and berries. Suitable for vegetarians. Kids also love it.
Bring the water to a boil, then add the chopped berries and banana and simmer for a while. Add cinnamon and honey, sugar, or syrup to taste. Finally, add the oats and simmer over low heat until the desired consistency is reached. Instead of water, you can also use tea or milk (milk makes it nice and creamy). If you like, you can also add cocoa or cocoa powder. You can also puree the banana and berries if you don’t want any chunks in the porridge. You can serve the porridge with other fresh fruit and/or a dollop of yogurt. Of course, you can vary the amount of oats, but be sure to adjust the amount of liquid!
