Red cabbage and minced meat casserole

Sauté the onions in a non-stick pan without any fat, add the tartar sauce, and fry until nicely crumbly and crispy. Stir in the red cabbage, heat through, and season with Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Transfer everything to a casserole dish, spread the mashed potatoes on top, and sprinkle with cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for about 15 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley and enjoy. We always make this when we have leftover mashed potatoes.
