  • 1 tsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp ketchup
  • ½ tsp soy sauce
  • ½ tsp sugar

Japanese noodle sauce

Mix all ingredients and adjust to taste. Yakisoba is a Japanese spicy sauce eaten with stir-fried noodles (yakisoba). Although the word “soba” appears in the name, the sauce is never eaten with soba noodles, but rather with wheat noodles like spaghetti.
