- 225 g margarine
- 250 g brown cane sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 2 eggs
- 250 g flour
- 2 tsp, leveled baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 200 g walnuts, coarsely chopped
- Fat for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Whisk together the margarine, brown sugar, vanilla sugar, and eggs. Add the flour, baking powder, salt, and coarsely chopped walnuts. Mix everything well and pour into a greased loaf pan, smoothing the batter evenly. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit), then bake on the lowest rack for about 60 minutes.
