Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g pasta of your choice (spaghetti, penne, tortellini)
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • 200 ml cream, or Cremfine for cooking
  • 100 ml milk
  • ½ cube of instant soup (vegetable or beef soup)
  • 50 g Parmesan
  • 100 g ham
  • 200 g peas
  • some oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Pasta in cream sauce with peas and ham

Finely dice the onion and sauté in a little oil. Add the crushed garlic and sauté. Deglaze everything with cream and milk. Crumble in the stock cube and let it simmer for a while. Chop the ham and stir in with the peas. Finally, add the Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper. Prepare the pasta according to the package instructions and toss with the sauce.
