Spaghetti Gorgonzola

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500g spaghetti
  • 20 g butter
  • 3 Pepper, hot
  • 150g Gorgonzola
  • 200 ml sweet cream
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 30 g parsley

Instructions

Bring a large pot of salted water to the boil and cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions. Meanwhile, heat the butter in a small saucepan and add the peppers, pierced several times, for about 3 minutes. When the butter is nicely browned, remove the peppers (they can be discarded) and add the diced Gorgonzola. Stir until the Gorgonzola has become a paste, then remove the pan from the heat. Now pour in the cream, stir, and then add the egg yolk and parsley. Let everything heat through once more; do not boil, and serve immediately. Tip: No additional seasoning is necessary. Just try it.
