Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g mayonnaise, light (e.g. Miracle Whip Balance)
  • 150 g sour cream
  • 150 g sour cream
  • 1 tbsp horseradish (from the jar)
  • 1 pack of frozen herbs (parsley, chives, onions)
  • 3 garlic cloves, pressed
  • salt and pepper
  • Sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

ideal for grilling, raclette, fondue or simply with baguette or raw vegetables

Mix all ingredients together, season to taste and let it sit in the fridge for a while.
