Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 bell pepper(s), yellow
- 1 red bell pepper(s)
- 1 bell pepper(s), green
- 4 cloves garlic
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 500 g potatoes
- 150 g sheep’s cheese
- 2 spring onions
- 2 tomatoes
- oregano
- Salt
- Paprika powder, hot

quick, vegetarian dish
Clean, wash, and slice the bell peppers. Peel and slice the garlic, then fry in oil. Add the bell pepper strips and sauté for about three minutes. Season with oregano and salt. Peel, wash, and slice the potatoes. Blanch the tomatoes, peel, deseed, and dice them. Add the potato slices to the bell pepper strips and fry briefly. Add the diced tomatoes. Season with paprika and salt. Cover and cook for 15 minutes. Dice the cheese, and clean, wash, and slice the spring onions. Sprinkle over the vegetables and serve.
