Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 600 g gooseberries
- 150 g sugar
- 500 ml cream, whipped until stiff
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
English gooseberry cream
Cook the gooseberries with 50g of sugar and a very small amount of water until soft. Drain and let cool. Strain through a sieve and mix in the remaining sugar. Fold the cream into the puree and pour into glasses.
