Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 pack of gnocchi
  • 200 g scampi (also frozen)
  • 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 2 small chili peppers, dried, finely chopped
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 100 ml dry white wine
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 2 tbsp processed cheese, preferably low-fat
  • some parsley
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

simple, creamy, spicy

Place the gnocchi in about 2 liters of boiling salted water and let it simmer. Remove when they rise to the top (after about 3 minutes). Then set aside and keep warm. Brown the scampi in a large pan. Add the garlic and chili and deglaze with the cream. Cook over low heat for about 5 minutes until thickened. Then stir in the white wine, tomato paste, cream cheese, and chopped parsley and season with salt. Spoon the sauce over the gnocchi and serve.
