Garlic prawns on tagliatelle

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 400 g tagliatelle, fresh
  • 250 g shrimp(s), without shell
  • 5 garlic cloves
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 small chili pepper(s)
  • 1 bunch of basil
  • 80 ml rapeseed oil
  • 200 ml white wine
  • Salt and pepper, white from the mill
  • Parmesan, in a piece

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cook the pasta until al dente. In the meantime, finely chop the basil, peel and finely dice the onion, deseed and finely dice the chili pepper. Peel and roughly slice the garlic cloves. Heat the oil in a large pan and fry the deveined prawns for 2-3 minutes on each side. Then season the prawns with salt, remove them from the pan, and keep them warm. In the same pan, sauté the finely chopped vegetables and basil over medium heat and deglaze with the white wine. Let it simmer slightly. Add the prawns, season, and stir well. Now add the cooked and drained pasta and mix everything well. Coarsely grate the Parmesan cheese over the top and serve hot.
