Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g flour
  • 200 g quark
  • 150 g margarine
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 350 g minced meat, mixed
  • 2 onions
  • 2 carrots, grated
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • ⅛ liter broth
  • salt and pepper
  • Thyme
  • coriander
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Knead all the dough ingredients. Place 2/3 of it into a greased 26 cm springform pan and press up the edges. Roll out the remaining dough and cut into 1 cm wide strips. Heat the oil and brown the minced meat. Add the onion, grated carrots, and crushed garlic. Season with salt, pepper, thyme, and coriander. Pour in the vegetable stock, season to taste, and then spread the mixture over the dough. Decorate with dough strips. Bake at 225°C for about 35 minutes. A Greek farmer’s salad goes perfectly with this.
