Feta stuffed with onion and pepperoni

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 point feta cheese
  • ½ onion(s)
  • 4 peppers (jar, not hot)
  • Paprika powder, sweet
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Cut the feta cheese vertically. Peel the onion and finely chop it, as well as the pepperoni. Place both on one half of the feta cheese and place it on a piece of aluminum foil. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of oil on it first to prevent the cheese from sticking. Season the topped half of the cheese with paprika powder to taste. Now place the second half of the cheese on top, seasoning again if desired. Seal the aluminum foil and place the cheese on the grill (or alternatively, in a hot oven). The cheese is ready when it softens and melts. It’s delicious as a side dish at a barbecue. I’ve also eaten it as a main course because it’s so delicious.
