- 200 g feta cheese
- 1 egg(s)
- e.g. breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp oil

First, halve the feta cheese in half. Then cut into 12 equal pieces. Pat all pieces dry with a paper towel. Whisk the egg in a plate. In another plate, mix the breadcrumbs and sesame seeds. Dip the cheese pieces first in the egg, then in the breadcrumbs. Meanwhile, heat the oil in a pan. Fry the breaded feta pieces in the oil until golden brown on both sides. Serve warm with a mixed salad.
