Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 cauliflower
  • 1 onion(s), red
  • 300 ml cream
  • 100 g processed cheese with salami
  • 2 tbsp Italian herbs, frozen
  • 1 tbsp curry
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • some nutmeg
  • 3 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Italian style

Divide the cauliflower into florets and cook in plenty of salted water until al dente. Roughly chop the onion and sauté in a pan with olive oil. Add the cream, cream cheese, and seasonings. Bring to a boil and add the Italian herbs. Add the cauliflower florets to the cream, stir gently, and serve immediately.
