Spaghetti in feta, tomato and cucumber sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 300g spaghetti
  • 1 point feta cheese
  • ½ cucumber(s)
  • 4 vine tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese, grainy, heaped
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • Pepper, colored or black from the mill
  • Basil (dried or fresh)
  • olive oil
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Cook the spaghetti until al dente. Meanwhile, chop the tomatoes, cucumber, and feta cheese into small pieces. Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté. Season with cottage cheese, garlic, salt, pepper, and basil. Sauté for about 10 minutes. Then add the spaghetti, mix well with the sauce, and simmer on low heat for another 5-8 minutes.
