Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g tomatoes
  • 2 onions
  • 1 bunch of mint
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • Flour
  • oil
  • Salt
  • pepper

Peel and finely chop the onions. Rinse the mint and parsley, shake dry, and finely chop them. Blanch and peel the tomatoes, then chop them finely. Mix the tomatoes, mint, parsley, onions, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Add the flour until a soft paste forms. Form the mixture into dumplings. Heat oil in a pan and add the dumplings. Reduce heat and brown the dumplings on all sides. Serve hot. Variation: If you like, you can add some grated cheese to the dough.
