Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g pasta (fusilli)
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 4 tbsp cream (double cream)
- 1 onion(s), thinly sliced
- 1 bell pepper(s), red, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, diced
- 625 g minced meat (beef or turkey)
- 425 g tomatoes, (can)
- 125 ml white wine
- Parsley, fresh
- 300 ml yogurt
- 3 eggs
- 1 pinch of nutmeg
- 45 g Parmesan, grated
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
For the sauce, heat the oil in a large pan and sauté the onion and paprika for 3 minutes. Add the garlic. Brown the minced meat until it is no longer red. Stir in the tomatoes and wine and bring to a boil. Simmer uncovered for 20 minutes, until the sauce thickens slightly. Stir in the parsley, salt, and pepper. Cook the pasta, drain well, and stir in the cream. Set aside. Mix the yogurt with the eggs, nutmeg, salt, and pepper, then stir in the Parmesan. Brush an ovenproof dish with oil. Add half of the pasta to the bowl, pour half of the sauce over the sauce, and repeat. Finally, pour over the yogurt and sprinkle with a little Parmesan. Bake in a preheated oven at 190°C for 25 minutes. Delicious hot or cold.
