Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2,000 g grapes
- 500 g sugar
- 250 ml water
- 1 bottle of grappa
Instructions
Working time approx. 35 minutes; Rest period approx. 14 days; Total time approx. 14 days 35 minutes
Wash the grapes and pierce them several times with a darning needle. Place them in an earthenware container. Dissolve the sugar in the water and pour it over the grapes. Now fill the earthenware container with grappa until all the grapes are submerged. Seal the container airtight with preserving film and refrigerate for two weeks. Tip: This high-proof dessert can be served with ice cream, but the grappa grapes are also delicious on their own.
