Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 sachet of cream flavor pudding powder
  • 500 ml milk
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 250 g butter, soft

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 30 minutes

Can be used for all fruit cakes, guaranteed to be a success

Cook the pudding according to the instructions on the bag and let it cool, covered (covering it prevents a skin from forming). Cream the softened butter until fluffy, then stir in the room-temperature pudding a spoonful at a time. CAUTION! Not the other way around. Stir the entire pudding mixture into the butter and spread it on the prepared pie plate. It will set nicely in the refrigerator. The specified amount is sufficient for a baking sheet approximately 42 x 37 cm and a springform pan approximately 25 cm in diameter.
