Parmesan chips

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g Parmesan cheese
  • e.g. chili flakes
  • n. B. Herbs of Provence

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

good to give as a gift

Finely grate the Parmesan cheese and season with chili flakes and herbs to taste. Using a teaspoon, make small piles on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Flatten the piles with the teaspoon. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 6-7 minutes until golden brown. Then carefully spread the chips on kitchen paper to absorb any excess fat. Note: If the chips are about 4 cm in diameter, you’ll get about 100 chips. They’re also great as gifts. They’ll keep for about 10 days in an airtight container, but they don’t last that long here.
