Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 cucumber(s)
  • 1 tomato(s)
  • 1 carrot(s)
  • 2 rolls
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch(s) of pepper
  • n. B. Oil
  • n. B. vinegar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Dice the vegetables into small pieces and toss in a bowl with oil and vinegar. Cut the tops of the rolls lengthwise and remove some of the dough insides. Now it’s time to fill them with the salad. The rolls can be served and enjoyed as they are, or wrapped in aluminum foil or Tupperware to take with you.
