  • 200 g beef fillet(s)
  • 200 g scampi
  • 250 g mushrooms
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 200 ml olive oil

In the morning or the day before, peel and halve the garlic cloves, and toss them with the olive oil. Close the bottle or container tightly, otherwise the kitchen will smell strongly of garlic. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. In the meantime, clean the mushrooms and chop them finely if desired. Cook them in a small amount of the prepared olive oil. Shortly before the pasta is finished cooking, add the sliced ​​beef fillet and the scampi to the mushrooms. Season to taste, e.g., with a little chili. Add about a ladleful of pasta water to keep everything nice and moist. Drain the pasta and toss it in the pot with the sauce. Add the rest of the olive oil and season to taste.
