Fiery potato pan with peppers and mushrooms

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 15 small potatoes
  • 2 bell peppers, red
  • 250 g mushrooms, brown
  • n. B. Oil
  • n. B. Paprika paste (Piros Arany paprika cream)
  • 100 g herb cream cheese with yogurt
  • e.g. chives
  • n. B. Salt
  • n. B. Pfeffer
  • n. B. Paprika powder, sweet
  • 3 tsp sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Peel the potatoes and cut into small pieces. Roughly chop the onion and fry in a little oil until translucent. Then add the diced potatoes and fry. Meanwhile, cut the bell peppers and mushrooms into bite-sized pieces. Once the potatoes have taken on some color, add the bell peppers and mushrooms to the pot. Add the paprika paste and cream cheese as needed. Season with salt, pepper, sugar, paprika, and chives and simmer for a few minutes.
