Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500g spaghetti
- 400 g cherry tomatoes
- 300 g prawns, pre-cooked
- 10 garlic cloves
- Salt
- 100 ml olive oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Bring water to a boil for the spaghetti and then add salt. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Place the garlic in a jar with oil. Add the spaghetti to the salted, boiling water and cook for 8-10 minutes. Meanwhile, wash and halve the cherry tomatoes. Drain the spaghetti. Sauté the oil and garlic in the pot, taking care not to let the garlic brown. Add the pre-cooked shrimp and sauté for 2 minutes. Add the cherry tomatoes and sauté for 1 minute. Add the spaghetti to the pot and mix everything together. Plate and serve.
