Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500g spaghetti
  • 40 g Parmesan, grated
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 jar tomatoes, dried in oil
  • 100 g arugula
  • 1 bunch of basil
  • Salt and pepper, coarse
  • herbal salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Fresh salad, not just for the summer months

Break the spaghetti in half and cook in salted water. Transfer the still-warm spaghetti to a bowl, season well, and add a little oil (not too much, as the sun-dried tomatoes will also add oil) and the Parmesan cheese. Finely chop the tomatoes, basil, and arugula and add to the salad. Mix everything well and season to taste.
