Gnocchi with broccoli, onions and Parmesan

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 500 g gnocchi
  • 1 broccoli
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp butter
  • salt and pepper
  • Parmesan

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

vegetarian, quick, easy

Wash the broccoli and cut the florets into bite-sized pieces. Peel and finely chop the stems, then cook everything in a pot of boiling salted water for 5 minutes until al dente. Prepare the gnocchi according to the package instructions. Lightly brown the onions in olive oil and butter in a pan, add the gnocchi, and cook until golden brown. Finally, add the broccoli, season with salt and pepper, and serve with grated Parmesan cheese.
