  • 5 m.-sized potatoes, floury
  • 5 m.-sized onion(s)
  • Sea salt
  • Black pepper, freshly ground
  • some vinegar
  • olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

a simple Sicilian recipe

Peel and quarter the potatoes, as well as the onions. Cook the onions and potatoes together. When the potatoes and onions are soft, place them in a deep dish and mash them with a fork until well blended. Season with olive oil, a little vinegar, salt, and black pepper. A simple recipe, but no less delicious.
