Bruschetta – very tasty

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 8 m.-large tomato(s)
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 5 tbsp olive oil
  • 5 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • some basil
  • salt and pepper
  • oregano
  • e.g. white bread or toast

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Dice the fresh tomatoes very finely and season with salt and pepper. Crush the garlic in a small bowl and puree with a little oil. Then add the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and oregano and mix. Spread the bruschetta on the white bread and bake for about 20 minutes at 180°C. Sprinkle with fresh basil to finish.
