Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 chicken breast fillets
- 1 ½ tbsp olive paste (tapenade), black
- 2 tomatoes
- e.g. salt and pepper
- 1 ball of mozzarella
- 1 tsp oregano, dried
- e.g. paprika powder

Divide the chicken breast into two flat cutlets. Brush the cutlets with the tapenade on both sides. Season with salt and pepper. Place in a baking dish. Top the chicken breast with tomatoes and mozzarella. Sprinkle with oregano, salt, pepper, and paprika. Bake in the center of an oven preheated to 220°C for 15-20 minutes. Serve with rice, and gnocchi are also recommended as a side dish.
