Tagliatelle with tuna and radicchio cream sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500g tagliatelle or spaghetti
  • 1 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 250 g radicchio
  • 400 g cream
  • 2 cans of tuna in oil
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • some oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Cook the tagliatelle according to the package instructions until al dente. Meanwhile, peel and dice the onions, slice the radicchio leaves, and drain the tuna. Heat a little oil in a pan and sauté the onions until translucent. Add the radicchio and sauté briefly, then add the tuna and fry. Add the cream and tomato paste to the pan and simmer gently. Season with salt and pepper, if desired. Mix the cooked and drained tagliatelle with the sauce and serve immediately.
