Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 4 egg whites
- 1 egg(s)
- 100 g low-fat curd cheese
- 70 g flour
- 100 ml water
- some salt
- some sweetener, liquid
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Lots of protein, few carbohydrates
Beat the egg whites with a mixer until frothy, then stir in the egg, low-fat quark, and flour. Thin the mixture with water to create a nice, slightly runny batter. Season with salt and sweetener to taste. Now fry the batter in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Turn carefully! This makes a total of 8 pancakes. Can be enjoyed either sweet or savory. Cream cheese or strawberries go well with the batter!
