Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 broccoli
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper, or pepper
- Garlic, fresh or dried
- 75 ml water

quick, easy and delicious
Divide the broccoli into small florets and wash. Heat the olive oil in a pan. Add the fresh garlic and broccoli with the peppers to the hot oil and fry for about 5 minutes, stirring. Then deglaze with the water, season, and continue cooking for about 8-10 minutes. The vegetables should still have some bite. Ideal as a side dish to fish or meat.
