Penne with tuna and capers

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500g penne
  • 400 g tuna in oil
  • 250 g cherry tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp capers
  • 1 handful of basil, finely chopped leaves
  • ½ tsp lemon(s), grated zest
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 6 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water until al dente. Drain and return it to the pot. Add the shredded tuna, halved tomatoes, capers, basil, lemon zest, lemon juice, and oil. Mix everything well, season with salt and pepper, and serve immediately.
