Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 onion(s), finely chopped
- 200 g tuna, in oil
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 1 can of tomatoes, chopped
- 1 bunch parsley, finely chopped
- 1 tsp thyme, dried
- 4 tbsp capers
- salt and pepper
- 4 portions of pasta, of your choice
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Cook the pasta until al dente. Meanwhile, heat the olive oil in a pan and sauté the onion until translucent. Add the tuna. After 3 minutes, add the tomatoes and simmer over medium heat. After 6 minutes, season with salt and pepper and thyme. Add the capers and simmer until the pasta is tender. Toss the pasta with the sauce and add the parsley. Serve without Parmesan.
