Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 1 can/n tomato(s), Pizza tomatoes
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 1 tbsp cream
  • 1 tsp tomato paste
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 large oregano, dried
  • Pinch(s) of basil, dried
  • Pinch(s) of marjoram, dried
  • Pinch(s) of thyme, dried
  • Parsley, dried
  • olive oil
  • 500g spaghetti

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Finely dice the onion and sauté it with the garlic in olive oil until golden brown. Then add the pizza tomatoes, cream, and seasonings and simmer for 10 minutes. Stir frequently! Then stir in the tomato paste and simmer for another 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions and serve with the sauce.
