- 500 g orange(s)
- 500 g cherry tomatoes
- Vinegar
- oil
- salt and pepper
- 1 orange(s), the juice
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Peel the oranges down to the flesh and fillet them. Quarter the tomatoes and remove the stems. Alternate a tomato quarter and an orange segment on the plate, forming a circle. Make a fruity vinaigrette with vinegar, oil, salt, pepper, and a little orange juice and drizzle it over the prepared tomatoes and oranges.
