Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 300 g zucchini
  • 1,000 g pasta (Schupfnudeln)
  • 4 Oil
  • 3 basil, finely chopped
  • 1 clove(s) garlic, chopped
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 can/n tomatoes, peeled, chop finely
  • 1 onion(s), diced (small)
  • 100 g cheese, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Wash, trim, and slice the zucchini. Fry the dumplings in a pan in hot oil for 5 minutes. Add the zucchini, sauté over low heat for about 3 minutes, and remove from the pan. Sauté the onion with garlic in oil, add the chopped tomatoes, and reduce slightly. Mix in the dumplings and zucchini slices. Serve sprinkled with basil and cheese. TIP: You can also use spaetzle instead of the dumplings.
