Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 500 g pasta
- 90 g butter
- 150 g Parmesan, freshly grated
- 320 ml cream
- 3 tbsp parsley, chopped
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Cook pasta al dente, keeping warm in a saucepan if necessary. Melt butter in a pan over low heat. Add Parmesan cheese and cream, stirring constantly, and let the sauce thicken slightly. Add parsley, season with salt and pepper, and mix well. Pour the sauce over the pasta and mix well until it adheres to the pasta. Serve sprinkled with parsley.
