Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 200 g potatoes, raw, thinly sliced
- 1 onion(s), chopped
- 1 tbsp capers
- 1 tsp mustard
- Vinegar
- oil
- Salt
- pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Fry the potato slices in a pan until golden brown, mix with the onion while still warm, add capers, mustard, salt, and pepper, and serve. The salad can be refined with other ingredients as desired: tomatoes, peppers, herring fillets, chives.
