Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 80 g wild garlic (washed)
  • 3 dl olive oil
  • 50 g pine nuts
  • 50 g pumpkin seeds
  • 40 g Parmesan
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

with pine nuts & pumpkin seeds

Blend the wild garlic with the oil, seeds, and Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper, but be careful with the pepper; you hardly need any, as the wild garlic already provides enough flavor. This makes about 5.5 dl.
