Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 pack of cooked ham, approx. 200 g, diced
- 1 can corn, 300 g
- 1 pack of Edam cheese, sliced
- Vinegar
- oil
- pepper, black

Place the corn and its juice in a bowl. Add the Edam cheese and diced ham. Season everything with black pepper and add a sweet and sour seasoning with vinegar and oil. Refrigerate the salad for 2 hours to allow it to marinate. This salad tastes great with grilled meat. Tip: It’s important to add shredded Edam cheese to the salad, as grated cheese would be too fine.
