Ham and pasta casserole

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 600 g zucchini, small
  • 1 bunch of spring onions
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 100 g ham, cooked
  • 400 g pasta, cooked al dente (croissants)
  • 1 small jar of olives
  • 375 ml béchamel sauce
  • 3 tbsp Parmesan
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp basil
  • Salt
  • Pepper, from the mill
  • 200g mozzarella

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Clean and slice the zucchini. Clean and wash the spring onions, drain well, and slice them as well. Peel, deseed, and dice the tomatoes. Cut the ham into fine cubes or strips. Mix the pasta with the well-drained olives and the remaining ingredients. Layer everything in a greased baking dish. Mix the béchamel sauce with the Parmesan, oregano, and basil. Season with salt and pepper and spread over the casserole. Place the sliced ​​mozzarella on top. Bake in an oven preheated to 180-200°C for 10-15 minutes. Remove and serve.
