Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 4 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp flour
- 2 cups milk
- 1 tsp salt
- 100 g bell pepper(s), chopped
- 100 g pasta (spaghetti), pre-cooked
- 200 g turkey meat (or leftovers from the day before), cooked, diced
- 100 g mushrooms, sliced
- 2 tbsp cheese, grated
- 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a saucepan. Stir in the flour and slowly add the milk over low heat, stirring constantly. Season with salt. Place the sliced bell peppers, spaghetti, turkey, and mushrooms in an ovenproof dish. Pour the sauce over the top and sprinkle first with cheese, then with breadcrumbs. Add the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter in small pieces. Bake in a preheated oven at approximately 180°C for about 20 minutes.
