Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 100 g bell pepper(s), chopped
  • 100 g pasta (spaghetti), pre-cooked
  • 200 g turkey meat (or leftovers from the day before), cooked, diced
  • 100 g mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 tbsp cheese, grated
  • 2 tbsp breadcrumbs

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a saucepan. Stir in the flour and slowly add the milk over low heat, stirring constantly. Season with salt. Place the sliced ​​bell peppers, spaghetti, turkey, and mushrooms in an ovenproof dish. Pour the sauce over the top and sprinkle first with cheese, then with breadcrumbs. Add the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter in small pieces. Bake in a preheated oven at approximately 180°C for about 20 minutes.
