Pan-fried Mediterranean Vegetables on Spaghetti

- 2 piece Green pepper
- 1 piece Zucchini fresh
- 2 piece Fresh tomato
- 1 piece Finely chopped chilli pepper
- 2 piece Garlic cloves chopped
- 1 teaspoon Dried basil
- 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
- Chilli (cayenne pepper) own production
- Himalayan salt
- 2 tablespoon Creme fraiche Cheese
- 0,5 bunch Fresh smooth parsley
- 2 tablespoon Virgin olive oil
- 200 g Spaghetti
- Cut the cleaned vegetables into bite-sized pieces. Heat oil in a pan. Fry the chilli, garlic, paprika and zucchini in it. About 5 minutes then add tomatoes. Sprinkle everything with salt, cayenne to taste and the herbs except parsley. Mix well and let infuse for a short time on a low level.
- Finally, fold in the creme fraiche and chopped parsley. Then season everything well again.
- Sieve the spaghetti, which has meanwhile been cooked firm in salted water, and place on a plate. Put the vegetables on top and enjoy your meal.
