Yellow Spaghetti with Vegetables, Chicken Breast and Tangerines

Ingredients
 

  • 500 g Chicken breast
  • 3 tbsp Soy sauce dark
  • 1 tbsp Honey liquid
  • Ginger seasoning
  • 1 can Mandarins
  • 200 g Mixed vegetables frozen
  • 4 tbsp Rapeseed oil
  • 125 ml Vegetable broth
  • 125 g Cream, sweet
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Tarragon spice
  • Salt
  • Black pepper from the mill
  • 400 g Spaghetti
  • 2 tsp Ground turmeric spice

Instructions
 

  • Cut the chicken breast into cubes. Mix the soy sauce with honey and ginger. Marinate the poultry in it for about 2 hours. Heat the rapeseed oil in a pan. Fry the meat cubes all around. Add onion pieces and sauté briefly. Deglaze with the stock and cream and bring to the boil. Thaw the vegetables and add them. Drain the tangerines and add them as well. Season with lemon juice, tarragon, salt and pepper.
  • Bring water to a boil in a large saucepan. then add salt, turmeric and spaghetti. Cook the spaghetti according to the instructions on the packet, stirring occasionally. Then put the spaghetti in a sieve, rinse with hot water and drain. Serve the spaghetti with the vegetable and chicken pan. I wish you a good appetite!
