Spaghetti with Root Vegetables
The perfect spaghetti with root vegetables recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 200 g Spaghetti
- 1 tsp Vegetable oil
- 1 bunch Root vegetable
- 1 Pc. Diced onion
- 10 g Kat ham finely diced
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1 Pr Salt
- 1 Pr Salt
- 2 tbsp Garden herbs
- mix the remaining spaghetti with a few drops of vegetable oil ….. then they no longer stick together ….
- Clean and chop the root vegetables ……
- Briefly toast the chopped ham together with the onion, add the chopped root vegetables and continue to fry while stirring constantly ….. season with salt and pepper …..
- add the spaghetti and continue frying …
- Serve with plenty of chopped garden herbs, especially parsley ……
