with white wine and lemon juice

Cook the spaghetti in plenty of salted water according to the package instructions. Meanwhile, finely chop the chilies and garlic. Wash and pat dry the prawns. Grate the lemon zest and squeeze the lemon juice. Finely chop the parsley. Heat the olive oil in a pan and fry the prawns briefly until they turn pink. Add the garlic and chilies and season with a little salt. Set the fried prawns aside on a plate and deglaze the frying fat with white wine. Bring to a boil briefly. Add the sour cream and bring to a boil briefly. Season the sauce with salt and pepper. Add the cooked (al dente) spaghetti to the sauce and mix well. Add a ladleful of pasta water. Stir constantly and add the prawns, parsley, and Parmesan cheese. Finally, season with the grated lemon zest and lemon juice. A mixed salad goes very well with this.
