Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 2 cups of cream, approx. 200 g each
  • 1 large organic lemon(s)
  • 1 package of Parmesan, shaved
  • 3 leaves of lemon balm
  • 3 stalks of chives
  • 3 sprigs of parsley
  • 250 g Arctic prawn(s)
  • Salt and pepper from the mill
  • 100 g butter
  • 2 thick garlic cloves
  • 1 package of pasta of your choice

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Cook the pasta in salted water. Crush the garlic cloves and sauté them in about 100g of butter. Sear the Arctic prawns in it, then deglaze with cream. Finely chop the lemon balm, chives, and parsley and add them to the sauce. Add the zest of one large organic lemon and 3 teaspoons of lemon juice. Finally, stir in about 100g of shaved Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper. When serving, sprinkle freshly ground mixed pepper over the pasta, if desired.
