Pasta salad with shrimp, salami and mushrooms

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions, rinse, and drain well. Trim and slice the mushrooms. Cut the salami into strips, peel the onion, and slice it thinly. Fry the shrimp in a little butter for 2-3 minutes. Mix the shrimp, mushrooms, salami, and onion. Carefully fold in the tagliatelle. Mix together the ketchup, crème fraîche, milk, the crushed garlic cloves, salt, pepper, and vinegar to make the dressing. Pour this over the salad, cover, and let it sit for about 20 minutes. Chop some basil. Toss the salad again before serving, stir in the chopped basil, and garnish with basil leaves.
